When measuring your waist line, we want you to measure around your waist at your bellybutton level. Consistency is very important. As you measure your waist, suck it in as best as you can to compress your waist and get the smallest measurement possible for both weigh-in and weigh-out. This will give you the truest measurement of inches lost.
